Home Delivery
  • How long does delivery take?
    We will try our best to get the order to you within one working day. If not, we will endeavour to deliver within 3 working days.
  • How can I track my order?
    You may call us or WhatsApp /telegram us at +855-11772211 to get a status update on the delivery. You may also email us at customerservice@hrkcare.com for updates.
  • Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after my order is confirmed?
    Unfortunately, you cannot change those information once the order is confirmed. However, we will try our best to make the changes if you can let us know as early as possible.
  • Does HRK Care deliver to all parts of the country?
    Yes, we accept delivery to all parts of the country but it may take longer if your address is located in remote areas. We will confirm with you if it is possible to deliver to the address. 
Collection point
  • Where can I collect my purchase?
    You can collect your purchase at Ground Floor, Vattanac Capital Mall, 66 Preah Monivong Blvd, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
  • Is there any shipping fee for collection point?
    There is no shipping fees in all accessible parts of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville. There will be shipping fees for remote areas. The shipping fees will be advised and confirmed with you before shipping.
  • What should I do if I find products ordered appear damaged, spoiled, or not in good condition?
    You may contact us or WhatsApp / telegram at +85511772211 or email us at customerservice@hrkcare.com
    Please include photo (s) and/or video of the damaged item. We will seek to exchange the item for you as part of our good customer service. However, we reserve the right to reject the exchange should we deem as inappropriate.

  • What should I do if I want to change my order?
    You may call us or WhatsApp /telegram us at +855-11772211 to change the order as soon as you become aware of such changes. Sometimes, changes to the order might not be possible when the item is already shipped. 
  • What is the exchange policy?
    We have a strictly no exchange and no refund policy due to hygiene reasons. However, if you feel that you warrant to have an exchange, please WhatsApp /telegram us at +855-11772211 and we will decide on the case to case basis. We reserve right to reject the exchange should we deem as inappropriate.
